Dark Chocolate Covered Banana Bites

1 ripe banana
¼ cup coconut oil, melted
3 big T raw cacao powder
1 T raw honey

Slice banana into inch thick coins and place in a single layer onto a baking sheet. Stick in the freezer for 1 hour.

Make your raw chocolate. Combine coconut oil, cacao powder, and raw honey in a small bowl, and mix well.

Once bananas are frozen, its time to smoother them in chocolate. Take note – the chocolate will harden very quickly, so If you want to top them with anything yummy, make sure you have it on hand. (I topped mine with almonds and flaked coconut.)

Use a fork to dip a banana coin into chocolate mixture, and swirl around until covered with chocolate. Remove with fork and let bananas set on wax paper or a nonstick cooling rack.

Store in the freezer & enjoy!
