Peanut Butter Cup Freezer Fudge

Peanut butter cup freezer fudge – because sometimes you want to enjoy your PB cups nestled in some magnesium-loaded cacao and coconut oil-based chocolate bark to support steady blood sugar levels. Mmmmmmm.

Peanut Butter Cup Freezer Fudge

Cook time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

1/2 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup cacao butter, roughly chopped
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup cacao powder
3 Tbsp. Toasted coconut flakes
5-6 mini peanut butter cups, roughly chopped

Directions:

1. Melt together coconut oil, cacao butter and peanut butter. I used a glass bowl over a pot of boiling water, like a double boiler – but feel free to use a microwave too.

2. Add in cacao and stir to combine.

3. Pour into a 4×6 or 8×8 baking dish lined with parchment paper.

4. Sprinkle with coconut flakes and chopped up peanut butter cups.

5. Place in freezer to set, about 1 hour. Break bark into large pieces and store in freezer in an airtight container like a Stasher bag. Enjoy!
